Registration and Intent Fee

The Registration fee is due at the time you register your child(ren). This fee offsets the costs of preparing enrollment packets, setting up financial records, administering family interviews, reviewing enrollment information, preparing family files for the new school year, etc.

Enrollment will be granted based on the acceptance date of the enrollment information, outcome of the student testing and family interview, and classroom space availability.

Registration fees for new students are $350 per student with a $700 family maximum. Registration fees for returning families are $250 per student with a $500 family maximum, if enrolled by January 28th. Thereafter, returning families are subject to the $350 per student registration fee with a $700 family maximum. The registration fee for our Junior Academy is $200 per student for both enrolling and re-enrolling families. Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Additional Costs:

  • Registration is $200 per student.
  • Class Supply Fee is $125 per student and covers all class supplies, class books, copying of worksheets, art supplies, etc.
  • Thursday/Friday Class Supply Fee: $35 for any Jr. Academy students enrolled to attend on Thursdays and $70 for students enrolled to attend Thursday and Friday. This fee is in addition to the $125 class supply fee needed for the regular school week (M-W).

*Note: Please note that Jr. Academy and Lower School students may not drop in on Fridays only. You must attend Thursdays only or Thursday and Friday.

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

Tuition will be paid according to the tuition plan you select:
Annual Plan: Full tuition amount due August 1.
Semester Plan: Half the tuition is due August 1st and January 1st.
10-Month Plan: Ten equal payments are made the 1st of August through May.
12-Month Plan: Twelve equal payments are made the 1st of August through July.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

  • Registration is $250 per student with $500 family max for returning families enrolled
    prior to open enrollment beginning. $350 per student with $700 family max for families
    enrolling once open enrollment begins.
  • Academic testing fee is $75 and required for each new enrollment student.
  • Lower School Class Supply Fee is $125 per student and covers all class supplies, class
    books, copying of worksheets, art class supplies, etc. Students enrolled in VPK 8:30-1:30
    M-W will not be charged a supply fee.
  • Middle School Class Supply Fee is $150 per student and covers all class supplies, class
    books, copying of worksheets, art class supplies, etc.
  • High School Class Supply Fee is $200 per student and covers all class supplies, class books, art class supplies, etc.
  • Lower School Thursday/Friday Class Supply Fee is $90 per student for K4-5th grade
    students enrolled to come either Thursday and or Friday. This supply fee will cover all of
    the printing/copying of lesson plans and school work needed to complete the Thursday and/or
    Friday classes. This fee is in addition to the $125 class supply fee needed for the regular
    M-W school week.

Gardiner (PLSA) Scholarship Recipient Additional Fees

All Fees are in addition to the tuition and fees applicable to the enrollment into the student’s grade level. This only applies to a PLSA scholarship recipient.

  • Educational Services Admissions Screening $75 (in addition to the $75 academic testing
    fee)
  • Facilitation of Standardized Testing Fee $500
  • $40 per hour for use of an assistant for individualized instruction/intervention as
    needed up to a maximum of 7 hours per day which equates to $280 per school day.
