To develop the next generation of godly leaders.
Our mission is to focus on four areas of development: Moral Excellence, Academic Excellence, Community and Leadership. This is accomplished through knowledge and understanding of the Word of God as we partner with Parents to train, teach and grow families through a spirit of excellence and Godliness.

School Founders
Community Leadership Academy was founded in 2009 by Peter and Kensy Boulware in response to a leading by the Holy Spirit to create a school with strong Christian values and a focus on the heart of the children. The Boulwares visited a school in Jacksonville and fell in love with the model, atmosphere and academic success of the students. They wanted to establish a similar program in Tallahassee that allowed for parent participation and encouraged a God-centered focus both academically and relationally. The school would emphasize academic achievement without losing site of bigger-picture goals such as exhibiting love for their neighbor, self-control and patience. The school would work with parents to develop students who could learn and excel in different learning environments and exhibit strong moral character. The school would offer a scripture-based perspective in a confusing world. That school would be Community Leadership Academy
