Ruth joined CLA in 2021 as the Upper School Art Teacher. She graduated from Asbury College (now University) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education and a minor in German.
She is state certified in Art Education for grades K5 – 12, and previously taught in Palm Beach County
for more than 25 years.
When not teaching, she enjoys creating and selling her own artwork.
She has two daughters, both of whom are graduates of Florida State University.
Ruth notes that her passion for teaching teenagers gets stronger every year!
